Been having car insurance with this company for years. I had an accident no fault of my own. The liability insurance I have didn’t pay for the other car. They didn’t get the insurance company of the other driver to pay for mines neither. First off the claims adjusters (Ana) was VERY RUDE. No one help me to this day and this was in July 24… horrible insurance company. No one even check on me after the accident was reported smh. Plus asking for a renewal in the same month I just paid my insurance premium for the month. Horrible I promise.
