Cita is the goat she went above and beyond for me! However, 3 days into my policy I noticed my rate went up almost 200. My car loan company wouldn’t accept my policy because of the deductible being so high. On 8/21/24 I called trying to get Cita they said she wasn’t in and they didn’t know when she would be back. I spoke with another rep who hung up on me and was very condescending. I went through 4 reps one even transferred me to another company without my knowledge. After 5 calls I got someone who changed my policy. I asked about the tire. Assistance Cita said I was receiving and they told me it expired, HOW WHEN I JUST GOT THE POLICY? Then they offered me to have the service for 149 extra dollars. Needless to say, I’ve been calling other places because my experience went from amazing to the worst!

They listened to what I had to say and what I needed and got me the best rate and everything went perfect and within good timing the lady I was on the phone with was beyond helpful she made me feel very comfortable and she answered every question I had even if I thought it was a stupid question.
