Well, everything worked like clockwork. No problems at all. Called twice before going as I was not sure about a couple of things and you have very friendly staff who sorted them out for me and confirmed things were as I wanted. Trains on time, hotel reception expecting us, Concert tickets, just showed printed QR code, straight through (seats excellent by the way, right in the middle, would have picked the same seats myself if I'd been doing it) Would definitely recommend you
