I found the Support via the App Chat facility extremely helpful. I had an issue with a linked card user not being able to access their account to update their PIN. I needed to update their email address and this was all done smoothly behind the scenes within a day while we were physically on holiday using the card. Brilliant that we didn't have to await receipt of a new card to get this resolved.
