We bought our bed and mattress from the store at Cardiff Gate. The person we spoke to in the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us to choose the right bedframe and gave us advice on the choice of mattress.
The Durham Natural Oak king size bed is ideal for my room as it is not as long as many of the other king size beds.
Also the Relyon Ingleton mattress is very good quality and very comfortable. I am really pleased with my purchase.
I have recently phoned to ask advice and the staff are all very helpful.

It was easy from ordering our drawers and bedside cabinets in the store, the salesman at Sheffield branch was very helpful. The delivery was a week later than expected and we were informed. The delivery driver's were brilliant, very careful when taking our furniture to our bedroom, very polite and respectful to our new carpets. We would recommend Oak Furnitureland and if we need any further furniture will be definitely go to the store in Sheffield again.

The delivery though late afternoon was done and assembled within the hour again by helpful staff.

The date I was given for delivery was the day my sofa arrived.
I was given a time slot and a pre delivery phone call so I was prepared for their arrival. They were very punctual and very efficient in putting the sofa together and in situ.
