Despite my better judgement we got bamboozled by Marciano (think that's his name) on the street in Hoi An got in a cab and went to the "office" for the 60 minute tour of the resort, with the scratch card which from the minute we got knew it was the 7 free day stay, not the iPhone or 6 million dong! Tracey, the only saving grace of the experience was delightful and tried her best to make the product fit our needs. She was clearly concerned about taking us back to the office, where her obnoxious colleague Jeff (Geoff) tried to SELL his timeshare to us. What started as £25,000 down-payment and an annual fee of £1268 for 25 years equalling £31,500 ended up being £840 and a fee of £315 pm for 2 years. A total of £8400 in a country where the paper any contract is written on is invalid!!
I was absolutely clear that this was not a commitment conducive with our travel plans yet he continued to push me "its okay to say no.."BUT"
When he knew we were absolutely not going to say yes, he changed his tune, especially when the promised massage we missed to attend the 60 minute overview was exceeded, Jason another salesman made this promise.
They broke down the cost of their marketing to £35, we will DEFINITELY use the voucher for the restaurant we got, we had 2 cocktails, a coffee, a lemon tea a water AND taxi back to our hotel, so pretty sure our 2 hours COST them more! AVOID AVOID AVOID a bunch of cowboys who should be selling Safestyle windows on the streets of Wilmslow and Scotland. Sorry Tracey, you're a lovely woman and I really hope YOU don't get into trouble because Jeff was clearly EXTREMELY angry with you and downright offensive! FIND ANOTHER JOB - you're better than them!

Our experience at Karma Kandara was truly wonderful!

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, always offering friendly assistance whenever we needed it.

We absolutely adored the dining experience at Restaurant di Mare—the food was simply exquisite and the team went out of their way to make it a special evening for us.

Spending time on the beach was a highlight of our stay. The beach is simply breathtaking with white sand and turquoise blue waters, and the beach club team headed by Ed looked after us incredibly well.

The spa has one of the the best views in the world and is an absolute treat.

Leaving Karma Kandara was bittersweet; we departed feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the memories made during our stay, but we really didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return trip to Bali!

They’ll waste your time on holiday with a sales pitch and you’ll “win” a free holiday which you can’t book as they never have any availability. Everyone wins the same prize but no one can use it.

Their aggressive sales tactics are a way to back you into a corner so you feel obligated to purchase.

Don’t sign up to them. And if you have done and are regretting it now, cut your losses and cancel your membership and block remaining payments - you’re highly unlikely to ever get availability at the hotel you want as they’re over subscribed.

Bad business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

With the same amount of money you can arrange for a much better vacation plan that can be personalized to your own schedule, instead of you matching the availability of Karma's limited number of properties.

They have oversold their membership

Worst company I have ever had to deal with! Their free voucher is a total scam. I have been trying to get dates for months, and each time after confirming the dates they say, "those dates are no longer available."

They take over a week to reply and their team is full of incompetent staff! We wasted a whole day of our honeymoon in Bali and almost bought their membership. At the end we won the 7 night complementary voucher. Which we cannot redeem because of their scam of always saying "sorry those dates are no longer available" .

They have put me through so much stress during my pregnancy. I have paid the $100 fee to even secure my booking, yet they replied after over a week and said the dates are no longer available. Now I have sent several emails to get my refund because I no longer wish to deal with them at 38 weeks of my pregnancy and they will not reply to any of my emails.

Rachel Green is the woman who has replied to a few emails and she is as incompetent as the rest of them.

Seems like this whole company is about the owner making people pay thousands of pounds to provide a below average service that they can never book! No wonder he doesn't have any partners and no one can buy shares in this fraudulent company.

The date of my experience goes back to 17/11/23 and it is still ON GOING!

Please people do not buy into their scam membership and do not waste time on your precious holidays to listen to pitch! ITS ALL A LIE!

Everything Karma is fantastic. The resorts and rooms are beautifully curated, the Teams are helpful, kind and happen to materialise whenever you want them. A bit like the resort locations all over the world! We're big fans.

Lastly I asked them to offer me where they have available occupancy

Last time I tried to book I was told to give them 30 days prior to booking
Now this time I want to book for July I.e
45 days prior but again they are booked
We got free stay vouchers and trust me they are only a paper to wipe ur ass or to use it as tiolet paper.
