Really happy with my new bike, simple process and delivered when required, would recommend the cycle Scheme to others

Fairly straight forward to pick shop, sort bike agreement and quick to payment services. Only downside is the order of online form completion prior to attending shop and was all linked to nhs email making access impossible. So was unable to complete contract in shop that travelled down south for. Instead had to do on my return.

"Hidden fees to "own" what you already paid for..."

Be aware of completely hidden fees for you to "own" the bike after the first year.

This isn't clear anywhere and they then just pop up and try to charge you £100s to own something that you have already paid for.

They also link to a HMRC page and try to pretend the % on that page are what you need to pay to them, even though that's not what the page is saying at all.

This is the second bike i have had through the Cyclescheme and i cannot praise them enough. Unfortunately, i had an accident on my previous bike which was written off... literally, luckily i was ok. I requested this through my employer and once i received the certificate it took 3 days and everything was delivered. Again, another happy client. Thanks
