The type and quantity of communications from Cyclescheme and its agent made this process easy. The local bike store (Evolution Bikes) was familiar with the B2W scheme and did a great job in assisting me chose the right bike for my needs.

The experience overall was good and seamless. Only criticism is that you have to use the voucher for the exact amount of a purchase. This is a pain if you're getting a bicycle in the sale and it sells out before your voucher comes through - the chances of finding it/and maybe accessories to equal the same amount are slim so you have to then cancel it and start again with a new voucher which is a massive pain. Only some retailers will let you reserve the bike whilst you wait for the voucher.

Process was smooth but be aware that you can't top up the voucher value in cash (a limitation of all these schemes) but also, if you spend less they keep the money - you must spend it all in a single transaction.

Also they take a 10% fee from the retailer (higher than some schemes, lower than others) so you can't always buy sale items.

Seemed to be a slight issue with process regarding the issue of certificate but one problem noted was quickly resolved. Other than that small problem was very happy with the process. Now have a great new bike. Thanks All at Cyclescheme.👍
