Bike Shop 5 stars, Cyclescheme 4 stars. The whole process has been pretty painless. I would like to see the following: clearer sign posting on the time from selecting cyclescheme as a benefit to getting a certificate and less reliance on a passcode to accept the goods - I had to leave the shop and request the passcode 3 times to collect the bike. Pedal On Tadley are highly recommended - brilliant bike shop for everyone (except kids) from novices like me with no clue to high end cycling buffs.

Cycle scheme really is not worth doing. They wanted to be taking £285 a month from my pay after the savings. And I found the same bike from the same place and I got it on finance for £38 a month. Was made out that the scheme was ment to be really good I cancelled straight away soon as I realised how crap it was then just got my bike on finance much happier I did that not costing me a fraction of the price off cycle scheme

The process delivered exactly what was required/requested and i have taken delivery of a new Bike and accessories.
The timeframe from application to delivery of certificate took longer than anticipated, just over 5 weeks. I had reserved a bike with the supplier, but they would only hold the reservation for 21 days. This resulted in them cancellation the reservation, so i had to start the process again hoping the bike of choice was still available. A faster turnaround time for the certificate would be a good improvement.
