Avoid! This company withholds customer refunds. Their finance team is not contactable any other way than by email, which they do not respond to. Their general customer services are unable to do anything other than suggest emailing the finance team.

I don't know how this is legal. It makes me worry that the business is in trouble and the money is going to disappear.

Very slow process with no communication from Cyclescheme.
6 weeks after applying I'm starting to pay via my salary but still don't have an issued certificate.
When calling to query the delay no one can give me an update of where the finance team are up to and when they will process the payment to issue the certificate.
I've called multiple times, received no update from the agents on the phone on my individual case and no one has emailed or called me back at any point.
