The general scheme is obviously brilliant, giving you a huge discount.
The combined difficulty is the time taken to get approval with the need to be 100% precise on the cost of what you are getting. So a sales price now may not apply by the time you get approval; and a hidden £5 delivery cost blocks the entire thing, even if you'd happily pay the £5 extra yourself, because the cost has to be precisely what you said and not a penny more or less. There should be an option to pay extras yourself.
These may be more issues with the scheme than the company running it, it's hard to know. The company website worked well.
