Very happy with the flappy fish my cat loves it.only negative is that the item was sent from China,not a big problem but I could have bought one for a couple of pounds more in UK and had it a week earlier.its not made clear on site that it is not a UK shipped product.however I really can't fault the item.

Finally a very nice looking fountain that my two kitties like to use. We had several fountains before so I am quite experienced. It’s well made, it has a nice blue light and most importantly it is really easy to keep clean. The customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended! 😀😀

"Don’t be fooled, not local, shipped from China"
I ordered on the 15 Jan, and am still waiting. The company poses as a UK company, but the orders are shipped from China. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere from someone more local.
I have just looked through the latest 5 star reviews, of which there are many in a short space of time, and looking at the slightly odd grammar and phrasing, my guess is that perhaps they might not be genuine. Check out Brian Parsons and Maria Brown’s, just 1 day before this. Both identical, both dreadful grammar and so I have 'flagged' them to Trustpilot.
Customer Service are very quick to answer my queries, however, I’ve been told another 4-6 days, even though my latest update email give me a Royal Mail 48hr tracking number.
Let’s see what quality the cat beds are when they arrive.

I bought an item back in October 2021 for which I paid a total of £30, I missed delivery and received a Royal Mail card that it was going back to the local depot. I was never well enough to go and collect the item which I understand is then sent back to the company. I have contacted them several times for a refund and they just kept telling me I should have requested a return label to send it back... I contacted them again on December 23rd and they replied that they cannot give me a refund because I refused delivery. They also do not disclose anywhere on their website that items are shipped from China not the UK

PlayPaw has, after 11 months decided to post a comment about my review.
Let me make it crystal clear. PlayPaw are correct in stating that my order was delivered in the 8 days they state. However what PlayPaw fails to mention is that this was only part of my order and it took over 25 days to deliver the remainder of the order from China.
The business I purchased from was definitely PlayPaw and there is absolutely no mistake or confusion on my part regarding this.
I received 2 (not 1) unsolicited Pet Hair Eliminators from PlayPaw however I consider these to be inducements as they came with a request to change my 1 star review to something more positive. I declined to do so and asked PlayPaw to collect the unwanted Pet Hair Eliminators which they refused to do. After the 28 days (per Trading Standards guidelines) I disposed of these unwanted, unsolicited items.
Finally, my review has been verified by Trustpilot which means I have provided evidence to support my comments (including the aggressive, bullying emails received from PlayPaw asking me to change my review). I have also reported PlayPaw to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice.

Awful experience, I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’d love to say the products are great but I haven’t yet received everything I ordered on 22/11/21. Maximum delivery time per their T&Cs is 15 working days and today, 25 working days later, I still haven’t had my order fulfilled.
The business refuses to refund me despite breaching their own conditions of sale.
They claim (yet again) the outstanding item will be with me in a few more days, won't cancel the order and refused to provide details on how to return the item and obtain a refund.
So if you don’t want to wait months in the hope your order turns up do yourself a favour and buy from another company.

Bought two cat beds. Problem was my cat immediately on opening up package started to bite the stringy bits so wasn’t suitable for him. Followed instructions to return and received my refund.

"I finally received the floppy fish…and wish I hadn't bothered"
I finally received the floppy fish ordered for my puppy. It didn't work. I charged it, it lasted flapping about for 10 seconds then went dead. Tried this a total of 3 times with the same result. I emailed this .Co.uk company to complain who agreed I must have received faulty goods and to send a video of my "dead" fish......I just want my money back. Total waste of time, my money and the wait.
The order number is not recognised 27872 and I haven't got the time or inclination to play back and forth with Playpaw which is apparently (.co.uk)
Update: TP asked me to verify this purchase which I have done. My review is fair in that the goods are faulty and I am seeking a refund. I would not be happy to accept a replacement. I provided video evidence as asked but communication from Playpaw stopped so I escalated my dissatisfaction.
23 December update:
No, Playpaw I have not received a refund despite providing video evidence the fish simply does not work. I will reluctantly offer benefit of doubt and accept a replacement due to the reluctance to refund me for faulty goods, but should you wish to do this and the free replacement fails to function I hope a refund will be expedited. To be honest, it may be best a line is drawn under this now and a refund forthcoming for the original purchase and we end any further communication.
This week April 4th I received an email from PP asking me to remove my review. They have offered me a "gift" to do so.
Today 6/3/22 TP have emailed me to say Playpaw believes my review belongs to another company, not them, and again, would I verify my review is factual and correct to TP which I complied with. I did supply TP with original evidence I was indeed dealing with Playpaw and my review was factual. What on earth is going on Trustpilot?

After a very long time, I finally got a working pump. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company, despite the fact that it works well now. However, the experience with customer service meant that I am not motivated to buy again at PlayPaw.
Initial review:
I have ordered a PlayPaw PureFlow, which was delivered after almost two weeks. I think it's my fault that I assumed that the company is based on products made in England because they advertise themselves as family business. However, what I got is a cheap Chinese product that doesn't work. I wrote to the company and asked for my money back or for a pump to be sent back working. After exchanging a few emails and sending a lot of pictures to prove that the pump did not work, Cheska, who handled my complain, stopped replying. I definitely do not recommend this company.
