Sorry for a late review. I had to surprise my wife and hide this from her until now. I wanted to conceal the fact that I purchased this steak way in advanced and stuffed it down at the bottom of the freezer. When I cooked it today, I was so amazed after slicing the steaks and found out how buttery and soft and chewy the meat was. Wow, I had many great tasting and buttery ribeye but, this tops it all. It was the best tasting steak to date. Now I can see why it's so expensive at the restaurants.

The way I cooked it was I made a real nice crust on the outside of the steak and on both sides. On the inside, it was nice medium rare, but, so soft and delicious. The seasoning I placed on it made it so tasty and super juicy. Even she loved every bite and at times, she closed her eyes as she took another mouth watering bite, chewing with minimum effort and enjoying the flavors of it all. Everyone that tasted this said it was really good. This is my to go place, but, it would only be on special occasions.

I know this is a better deal than what restaurants are charging nor what Costco charges for this. So, I purchased 2 20 oz. steaks and still came out cheaper than Costco for the amount that you get. The value can't be beaten.
Although this is my first time having this wagyu steak, it certainly won't be my last.
