Daughter and partner booked partner wanted automatic driving they couldn't find him an instructor they have said they are giving him a refund but still got his money December they said he can get a refund now nearly February
Daughter got an instructor back in November test booked for February promised they would change if earlier slot come up but the instructor giving her 1 lesson a week if that as keeps cancelling she now has 2 weeks till test and still 20 hours to do and cancelled another lesson this morning!!

"Absolutely awful don't book"
I've booked my course in October, the first date that I could start was 5th of November, ive payed £290 deposit . When the 5th came round , I had to ask what's was going on . Took forever to contact me back . The told me I had to wait 4 weeks from that date. After 4 weeks , I had to contact them again and they told me there is a massive delay. Obviously I wasn't happy , so I asked for my refund. I didn't understand the refund process, I filled the form in and wouldn't sent. So I phoned the company and this horrible rude man , wouldn't help me to fill the form in, so I asked to speak to the manager who was willing to help me in the end. I filled my form and send it , they took a week just to say I was successful for my refund , should be in my bank since 20th of December. On the 21st I messaged them and they promised it would be in my bank at 10pm. 22nd was the weekend , I messaged every day and ignored every message. Of course it was Christmas time which I understand. So on the 3rd of December I phoned the company, and they promised that refund will be in at 10 pm , and still haven't had it. This is the worst company ever. You should be closed down. Waisted 4 month of my time when I could of gone somewhere else. Very rude people.

"Total scam"
Total scam. After 3 months of no allocated instructor they finally agreed to refund my deposit, but a month later haven't paid it back even though I've chased them multiple times. I'll have to go through my credit card provider to request a refund and state this company is scamming people.

This vile company takes your money and then delays as long as possible so if you get fed up waiting and hearing their excuses about test date booking being so busy, they will deliberately withold your money and only agree to refund after taking an extortionate cut, AFTER forcing you to fill out a refund form that railroads you into selecting their designated options followed by ticking and "I understand" box that makes you forfeit your right to the full amount of your refund.
Scam company. Avoid at all costs.
I advise finding a known local instructor and arranging lessons with them. Book a test yourself and then work towards it. These RATS are sifting off your money in exchange for simply being a very unprofessional middle man.

I PAID £337 ( Three hundred and thirtyseven pounds), knowing that I can get the best dupport I need but I am very disappointed.
They use only £23 to pay my theory test and send to me only two paper simple and 3 hard copies .
After passing my theory test , I myself I informed them and for less of one week, the compagny chnge my instructor. For this incident I decided to cancelled my contract. The last instructor did with me only two hour and I paid my instructor cash £80.
When I asked for refund , and sending them sevrral emails. I decided to call the today. The compagny decide not to refund my £394 balance.
This compagny is not serious.

Didn't get any lessons and has been a pain to get my refund but I am persistent the call staff though being Holly and Licia are brilliant they are calm and incredibly helpful. Can't recommend those two more than enough. The rest of the business let's the two of them down.

Been awful since the beginning, poorly run, they never found me a test and now they just ignore my messages so I’ve wasted a lot of money and gotten nowhere! Started in september No test, no money. Avoid
