"Company ran by criminals"

Criminals run this company, I don't think it can even be called a company, they do not operate within normal and legal frameworks. They will steal your money and not give you lessons. The instructors are extremely unprofessional. I had an instructor who I don't think should have been employed and should have been fired after previous incidents with students. There is a reason why people have rated this driving school so low, absolutely have to avoid at any cost, especially if you want your money to go towards you and not in their pockets.

Poor excuse of a company. Awful customer service, when I was able to get through the staff were rude with a stinking attitude. When I wanted a refund after they had messed my daughter around with her driving test date (ultimately leaving her without a test) they were almost impossible to deal with.

Disgusting i was victim of this company scam after months these doing nothing i asked for refund for month i got excuse I then said i will gust take lessons and found my own test date quicker then these and there supposed to be professionals in then asked for my 62 test money back they said yes we will issues a refund but after months still no refund
These are scammers lairs and not fit to run a business do not trust these people go else where they will scam you 7 months I’ve been ignored they won’t respond to this as they know it’s true and gust ignore me

I have just spoken to hollie and found her extremely helpful excellent customer service skills dealt with my issue in a very professional manner five stars for hollie also the same can be said for another young lady licia ashcroft,both have gone out of there way to help me rectify a bad situation.if all of your staff were trained to this standard your company would be a market leader thank you both your amazing.

"Do not sign up for this course "

I have had an awful experience with this course. I signed up for the course at the end of January this year for a theory test and 12 hours of lessons. Initially I started off doing manual but was struggling with it so wanted to change to automatic, I got in contact with the company and they said they could change this no problem. They said it would take 4-8 weeks for an automatic instructor to contact me, 3 months went by and I hadn’t heard anything from anyone so was chasing my course leader about it and I was completely ghosted by him. He then contacted me after almost 4 months of waiting saying there was no automatic instructors available despite telling me beforehand there was?? I then decided to just go back to manual as this was my only option, they then got me in contact with a manual instructor after about a month who I did 2 one hour lessons with. After these 2 lessons I was also completely ghosted by this instructor who would only message me when my course leader would get into contact with him as I was constantly messaging him asking why I was getting no response. I am appalled by the lack of contact there has been and it’s completely unprofessional, because of this I asked for a refund as I was getting absolutely no where and was told that they cannot organise refunds. Absolute joke, do not go with this company as it is the complete opposite of an intense course which you are paying extra money for anyway and then when you are not happy with their service they refuse to give you a refund.

I don’t not recommend this company as I pasted my theory and it took them months for them to finally get me a driving instructor I had to chase them up multiple times it took about 6 months in with of that time I could have done my test and passed. I asked for a refund if the entire course before I passed my theory test due to have surgery so would not be able to do anything and the people on the phone were so rude and disgusting they blamed it all on me for not reading anything when I read everything and not once does it not say that it is not refundable. I was on the course for over a year for me to get my test I ended up booking it myself as they never even bothered to look for cancellations they originally booked my test in Glasgow. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Disgusting excuse of a business! Rude, unprofessional, obnoxious staff with absolutely no concern for their reputation or people money or time. The owner has simply found the closest thing to a scam you can get in this country and leached off the people just looking for a good deal, I mean look at the reviews it’s clear something not right and it’s not even being acknowledged by any of the staff they just stick to script, act completely clueless and try to put the blame on you for not reading a part of their terms and conditions which not a single person can tell me which let this is and why it is relevant. Some people live without any sense of responsibility or respect and it’s a shame. Awful company.

Unfortunately can't give 0. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Booked intensive course of 6 lessons, only received 4 which were not intense by any means. (4 lessons over 6 weeks, instructor had to be chased for every lesson)
They say they will bring your test forward by looking for cancellations, they don't despite multiple cancellations coming up in the mean time. When the test date finally arrived, got to the test centre to find that they had cancelled it without informing me and deferred it for another 6 months.
Still waiting for a refund on the lessons not received as they are saying as long as they secure an instructor within so many weeks you are not entitled. I have basically paid over £110 for each lesson. Ended up losing out on a job because the test was not passed in time.
Total scam company. Very difficult to get hold of and when you do they don't do as they say. They make out they are a big company but only seen to have about 4 employees.

Stay away from this company. My daughter booked and paid for intensive lessons after clarifying that she would be refunded for any lessons she didn't use. She passed in July and is still waiting for a refund for over twenty hours of lessons. The company are not returning her emails or acknowledging them. They are scammers.

"Stole my money"

Though I have passed my test, the hours I did not use have not been refunded to me. I have no complaints about my instructor but always felt a lack of communication from this company itself.
Now having passed and not used 16 of the hours I payed for, I have been attempting to get my refund for three months. At first they were very helpful but now I am being ignored and having to contact trading standards about the issue.
Do not book with this company.
