"They are not an intensive course and, they are not to be trusted. They are not a serious company,if you want your refund they will not give you your deposit, and you will practicly beg for your money."

I booked an intensive course for 12 hours; they said that they would manage the booking of my exam and course hours. During the period of one year, I managed to have two sessions booked for two hours each in one of those, I only did 1 hour and when I asked for my refund, the Instructor (Graham Izzard) forgot, and I did not have any messages to prove the contrary. Also, because of the way they managed things, my theory test expired; for one year, I did not manage to take the practical even once. Now I am still waiting for my refund 3 months already, their customer service keeps lying to me that they will send the money.This company is scamming people and I personally will take them to a small claims court because of that .

"Absolute THIEVES...this is the 2nd or…"

Absolute THIEVES...this is the 2nd or 3rd reveiw ive done...i am still waiting for a refund 12 months later!!!! Instructor never showed and yet i still got charged the 6 hours...they refuse to refund me for that and the 62 pound test fee i have been told will refunded...today....next ...week... next week...its been a F***ing year!!! I will not give up or let this go ...see you on court

"SCAM !"

SCAM !! Absolutely avoid at all costs.

My sister paid £300 deposit, was constantly having to chase to speak to someone & was ignored on all attempts.

She was told that the selected driving instructor would make contact in 48 hours, after no contact from the instructor she gave him a call and he said he had no clue who she was, or who the company was.

Save your time and money and avoid this company. Hopefully she can get her £300 deposit back.

"Fraud! "

I booked a 30H course on 5 Oct 23. I was approached by an instructor on 6 Nov and was requested to clear the balance. I refused to pay as the instructor could only give me 2 hours per week. After a long discussion, he agreed to increase the training hours to complete the course by end Dec. I therefore made the payment on 7 Nov. I totally paid £1440 for the course. Shortly after I settled the balance, the instructor said he was not able to provide the training. I was informed the allocation team would follow the matter up.

I had received nothing from them until I was touch based by an instructor on 18 Dec. My test date was changed to 22 Jan. I had waited for three weeks before I texted the instructor on 7 Jan. He replied he was unable to do the test on 22 Jan. I Whatsapp him twice but in vain.

I then requested a refund in mid-Jan. I sent them some follow-up emails but they never gave me an answer. On 28 Mar, I was told they normally don't offer refunds if an instructor is assigned. I was asked to provide evidence to prove that the instructor was unable to facilitate the course. I sent them copies of emails, messages and Whatsapp on 4 Apr.

I had asked them many times about the progress of the refund since then but they never responded. On 2 Jul, I was contacted by the third instructor telling me to start the course. I wrote them again on the same day repeating my request for the refund. Licia called me the other day and I explained I had already passed the test. She advised me on 7 Aug that she was waiting for the accounts team to give her the date of refund.

Since 7 Aug, I have sent them many emails but they just simply ignored all of them. They lied to me on the assignment of the first instructor so that they could receive the balance payment. Despite their decision to refund given on 7 Aug, they chose not to give me the date of refund and never replied to my emails. Avoid using this company. This is a complete fraud.

"Awful company."

I used this company and they provided me with a really arrogant and unprofessional driver called Jayne in Swansea. The owner of this company has previously been investigated by watchdog. A complete con artist. Also Ryan that works in customer service is like a child to talk to. They don’t even acknowledge complaints within sufficient time frame. Amateur company. Please avoid.

"They don't deserve 1 star"

They don't deserve 1 star! I booked a course nearly 2 years ago,it took 14 months to get me an instructor. I had 1 lesson and the instructor cancelled on me 8 weeks running. I decided to get a refund,that's where the fun started. They said I'll get a refund,minus 70% of my money. They only give a full refund if they fail to provide the course,which they clearly did fail to provide. 3 months I've been waiting for my refund,keep getting told different dates. They don't respond to emails so now I'm having to threaten them with court to see if that speeds up this awful process. I strongly advise you never use this company

"Ask for LICIA she is the best …"

we had a couple issues with the driving instructor, so this review is not about that but it is about a lovely lady called LICIA. i called once to complain about the instructor and was told they try to fix the issue. the issue carried on until i call again and was speaking to licia. Licia spoke to me for 30 minutes and then the next day called me back and had sorted the issue we was facing. Licia was understanding, happy and willing to help. My whole experience with Licia was professional, happy and she could not be more helpful. Licia you are amazing ❤️ i left one start off just because of the issue not because of LICIA. i give her 10 stars
