"BEWARE and do not book / handover money in 2023"

BEWARE and do not book. I’ve held out hope but am now convinced that this company is a scam / fraudulent as per previous comments. I have tried emailing the recommended “action” email but haven’t had so much as even a holding or automated email in 5 working days. Similarly, I took to Instagram and my comment, along with others, has gone unacknowledged which just wouldn’t happen on social media with a bone fide company with practice that meets the basic standard. I understand that there can be test delays, but clearly the company must know this when enthusiastic sales reps push their “4 weeks” lines on hopeful drivers - entirely misleading. I am 12 weeks on, I have never once received proactive communication and there seems to be no escalation process which is both concerning, unethical and I suspect unlawful. Sorry to hear of the experiences people have had below but this concurs with my own personal experience.

I paid a £300 deposit as the website indicated that they had availability... 2 weeks later they contacted me and advised that they could not allocate me an instructor. I cancelled within the cooling off period. They will not refund me because they supposible have spent money on administration.

After waiting over ten weeks to begin my 16 hour course, I took days off work and arranged childcare for the instructor to not even turn up.
I requested a refund and I as refused so basically £300 for absolutely nothing. No service constantly lied to, they are a third party company who lies and takes peoples money without actually being sure they are able to provide service. COMPLETE SCAM

I booked for a test on 28 February 2023, and was promised an instructor in 3 weeks. Till date no single instructor has been assigned to me. I asked for a refund of my deposit (£254) today and they refused. I plan to contest it by whatever means available. I feel I have been scammed. DO NOT BOOK YOUR DRIVING LESSONS WITH THEM

My test date was changed with out me being asked but my instructor was great and helpful and helped me pass my test with ease

I booked a 30 hour course including my driving test , I had all my lessons on the same week and within 2 weeks they managed to find me a last minute driving test in which I was so nervous about. My instructor , Valentina made me feel very comfortable she helped me so much and was really patient with me, she is a very calming instructor and doesn’t get annoyed when you go wrong. She explained things in a way which stuck in my head every step of the way .I’d say she is the best instructor you could possibly get and I am so thankful for all of her help. I passed my test 1st time with only 2 minors. I would definitely recommend my intensive course aswell as Valentina being your instructor.

Horrendous company, do not book!!!! All the 5 star reviews are fake, the employees are unhelpful and rude.
No means of trying to resolve anything - never get any updates and they will take your money and say ‘you can’t get a refund’ (which is a lie take it further)

"Not the best experience, but had a good instructor"

I booked the course in October 2022 after ringing and being told that there is someone in my area that can take me within 4 weeks (I needed refresher lessons asap to be able to drive at work), but only got contacted by my instructor in February 2023. I rang a few times in between but the customer service wasn't the most helpful. I think the company gets in touch with private instructors, and I was lucky that I got paired a good instructor.
