"Stay away !!!!"
Stay away !!!!! I have never experience such poor customer service they don’t not even deserve one star.
From the look of their website you would think this is a professional company don’t be fouled . They say that you will be placed with a driver within 4 weeks after I heard nothing I called to enquire and was told that I had not let them know that my daughter had passed her theory so would have to wait a further 4 weeks, when I question this I was faced with the most rude pratronizing ,unprofessional people. I was accused of not complying with the T&C’s however it does not state that within them,the two men I spoke to one being a supervisor were dismissive of my concerns and had no intentions of looking to resolve the issue I was raising After 9 weeks from taking my deposit still no contact , updates and of course no placement with a driver.Fortunately for me I paid through pay pal so was able to raise a dispute and get my money back .
My advise would be don’t risk it cowboy company you will be disappointed .
Ignore the reply absolutely rubbish read all the other reviews we can’t all be wrong do not waste your money

"Not decent company"
Not decent company, unhelpful customer service, unprofessional instructor. Just a nightmare.
My theory expired due to their poor service, financial and physical stress caused after paying £674 .
Seeking and taking legal action at the moment and will share the experience in the end of action.
If anyone seeking for legal advice please contact your bank , citizen advice, trading standards, financial ombudsman, they would advise you.

After a couple of week we got assigned Muhammad as my sons instructor. We worked out a schedule and my sons first lesson came around, Mohammed spent most of the lesson asking my son to pull over so he could take phone calls from his family!!! I gave him the benefit of the doubt but the next lesson he forgot about altogether!!! Next 3 hour lesson was awful he was on his phone throughout the lesson!!! My son was so upset and straight away I rang the company and explained the situation, was basically told they couldn’t find another instructor and so would have to stay with Mohammed, I explained there was no way my son was getting in the car with that man again!!! Was given £250 back of my £670 I spent with them. Absolutely disgusting customer service to only give me that amount back knowing the situation. Do not use this company unless you want to throw your money in the bin.

"False promises from day one"
Booked in December as a Christmas present for my son.
Theory test passed in January, slightly peeved that we had to pay for the ‘free’ app but no major drama.
Over a 16 week period I was offered 3 instructors, 2 couldn’t do intensive and the other I was asked to drive to a location 45 minutes away from home for each lesson.
Called asking for updates on regular occasions, staff contradicted one another, one member of staff in particular was very rude. Left messages for call backs which I never received.
Requested a refund, initial contact was ignored. Sent an email of complaint to the address stated on the website to then be told the email address does not exist……..
After numerous broken promises of contact I eventually received a refund but I had to pretty much beg for it.
In total we wasted 18 weeks with this company. I had a very unhappy son who thought he would have passed his test months ago. We sourced a local instructor and booked the test ourselves. He passed within 8 weeks!!!!
I would 100% not recommend this company

"Failure to book a test & refuse refunds"
My experience has been horrific. It’s clear that the company & instructors don’t communicate, as the closer my course date came (without my test date being confirmed) the company told me it was my instructor’s responsibility to book my test, and my instructor told me it was the responsibility of MyIntensiveCourse.
The day before my course, my instructor agreed that there was little point in the course going forward until my test date was confirmed, so she suggested I not take the course until she has a test date for me. That was 5 weeks ago.
Since then, I have filed 2 refund requests which have been ignored (their website stated that they will respond within 14 days) and when I called, Ryan on their customer service team was rude, belittling and spoke over me. Avoid at all costs, as it has cost me hundreds with no service provided.

"Don't use this company - Very Poor"
Don't use this company, I paid for 24 lessons back at the beginning of January 2023, and when you book, it tells you within 4 to 8 weeks, you will have passed. They would not start the lessons until the learner had passed their theory, which took them a few weeks to arrange (which I do not understand as to why they couldn't start?)
Then we had to wait another 3 weeks for them to arrange the initial driving lesson. The lack of communication is dreadful, I was always chasing them for an update. They kept trying to send my son to Bristol when we told then numerous time we wanted the test to be in Newport. If I hadn't chased all the time we would still be waiting for a test date. Their excuse was they were migrating across to a new system and Covid !!!
The only good thing to come out of this was the local instructor Jamie Barwick JKB Driving School who was absolutely brilliant. After chasing the last time, they arranged the practical test within a week, and we still had lots of hours left to use up, but Jamie managed to fit my son in and gave him the tools to pass first time. Don't waste your money if you are expecting to pass within a few weeks !

Booked a week course and the instructor never showed up and wasted a week of holiday with work. Given another instructor and hasn’t got the time to fit me in!
It has been 3 months and I haven’t had a single lesson!!!! I need a refund

"The worse company ever"
The worse company ever. Ryan is rude and helpless, Stephanie doesn't know what's going on and doesn't rep)y to you and she's in charge of complaints etc. They are very good at taking your money and that is it. Avoid this company at all costs 🙏🏿

They take hundreds of pounds from customers to provide this service and pay instructors minimal rate. The instructor are inadequate and unable to provide lessons. Refused to provide refund and no service provided.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! One of the worst companies providing this service. No test provided, instructors that will not provide lessons and they refuse to refund your money due to small print in contract. Refunded £60 and lost £240 just because I moved my test closer to London when they booked it in Edinburgh!
