"Never got my lessons got made to wait…"

Never got my lessons got made to wait and now they have stolen about £700 off my money. Complete scam of a company.

"Take your money but don't have any instructors…"

My partner paid a deposit at beginning of February for an 18 hour course. When we booked we put in the week commencing 20th of March to start the course as on the website it said they had availability in our area which was perfect as he is free all that week. Since we booked the course he has received two text messages saying they will be in touch when an instructor is found how convenient once the deposit was paid to say they hadn't even got an instructor. We have tried on numerous occasions to phone asking what is happening and we literally cannot get through to them the phone just cuts off and will not let us do live chat! We've filled in an online form for an update and emailed but they do not reply they just ignore every form of contact. I just don't understand companies like this if they don't have any availability or even instructors in the area do not take a deposit off people until an instructor is found! The price they charge for the courses is already expensive so now we are literally nearly £300 down and no instructor or course and still being ignored from them. Please do not use this company!

I wish I could give minus 5 stars. A total scam. My driving instructor hardly even showed up, if he ever did he was at least an hour late. They still owe me 6 hours and a test and not hearing anything from them. They will take your money and run for the hills.

Hi please don’t use this company at all costs, I spent over £1400 I was ripped off from start,not worth money at all I was given an appalling driving instructor who was deaf and couldn’t hear what I was saying who turned up late everyday,they must use the worst instructors available they never return calls or emails and took months to get booked in for test…please don’t use this company by all means you can find your own test quicker…I did find my own test quicker so save yourself the money they are just a third agent…

Today I called with an odd situation. As a young carer for my nan I’ve been granted £500 towards lessons to provide me a more secure method of transport for my nan to hospital appointments. The process required me to pay the additional amount first and for an invoice to be sent to the local council. I spoke with a very lovely and helpful gentleman called sion, he was very helpful and reassuring and made the process very simple for me! He explained the process very thoroughly and was quick to provide answers to any queries I had. The call required a lot of work from sion with a lot of running around to set arrangements, he was very professional and managed expectations wonderfully! A very helpful, kind and wonderful call handler who made the experience a breeze! Thank you sion for all your help in booking my course, this will help ensure I can get my nan to every appointment which means everything to me! Absolute Scam artists, refused me a refund, no lessons booked, no contact…….please,please do not use this service, trading standards next.

"Stop contacting me!"

I've asked this company multiple times via email and on live chat to stop contacting me. Still they send me emails asking me to complete work for them, because they don't actually have instructors who work directly for them. I'm not opposed to their model if they actually paid decent rates to insructors. However despite charging top dollar for courses they offer instructors well below average rate. I'm really not interested in working with you, please can you stop contacting me!

As a driving instructor who has just received an email from this company, I would not go anywhere near it.
They book courses for an extortionate amount of money and on the 24hour course take £300 for booking a driving instructor.
They offered me an intensive course locally with no idea of how good, bad or reliable I am.

I had booked and paid deposit so far, was ready to pay remaining until reading all these bad reviews on here and also Facebook of scammers.. also funny how all the good reviews on here have also reviewed another company 2 years ago which is in the directors name and has scam written all over the internet?? Have applied for a refund that I know I won’t received, so will be reporting to my bank and trading standards unfortunately.

30/05/2023 - just to edit back, I did not want to complete my course before I paid, I questioned all the bad scam reviews everywhere and said I didn’t feel comfortable to pay and lose all my money like everyone else had stated. I also wanted to know a secure test date In my town and not another country.
Also it was myself calling you to try and get more information, as even my driving instructor I was given didn’t sound confident in your company and told me you definitely wouldn’t be able to get me a test within the time you stated.
