"Joke company please do not give them your money …"

Please please please do not book with this joke company. Have took my money can not get a refund no lessons but have booked me a test but not told me. It’s nearly 300 miles from my home . Please read all reviews as all bad just scamming peoples money . I know they did this to someone else to if you don’t turn up for test (that they haven’t told you about ) it cancels your contract with them and all claims for a refund .

"Awful company - WONT REFUND ME"

Awful company. Took months to hear anything from them with no response to my communication (this was after them demanding payment). They then booked a test in without speaking to my instructor so he could not make the date and it was pushed back. Since then the instructor has ceased trading so I have been trying to get a refund for the last 3 weeks. They take hours to get in contact with, even on their live chat, and then say I will hear back about my refund within a week. Comes to the week and they say no request was ever submitted but they’d do it today and I’d hear back a week later. Gets to the decision day and they said they have received the request and need to go over it. The same person who told me they have nothing to do with the refunds is the person back in contact me and says she is dealing with my refund. Essentially they’re stalling and holding my money like they have been for months even though I’m eligible for a refund. DISGUSTING SCAM

0 stars if possible. I’m an ADI, a real driving instructor. Avoid like the plague. They are always pestering me with emails to offer me work, when asked to stop they hung up on me and shouted at me. I believe they are phishing for ADI’s as they don’t have any. Avoid.

First of all i want to say thank you for intensive company for providing me Instructor Anslem who is doing part time work for the company in short noticed within 3 days he managed to give me lesson I really salute on him . Instructor is the best .will give for him 5 star . 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to make a so much efforts in last minute to rearranging to get Instructor .original first Instructor who company assign for me was quite irresponsible I found apparently had a covid without giving me any lesson I lost my 2 weeks . Within that period company didn't provide me any substitute instructor keep saying I have to wait for new Instructor it takes 4 weeks time for advance notice for new Instructor. one of staff keep saying i have to cancel my test date if they cant find any instructor I am not giving a name of the person . This things gets my nerve totally didn't like it . Its really hard to get practical test booking . I booked by myself 3 months ago spend 210 pound to get this test booked . i cant moved my date as i just need refreshment course though. So I start looking other Instructor but I gave a last chance so I make a called before 4 days test day to this intensive company luckly one of staff is new for me picked the phone I explain everything then he save my test he provide this Instructor which is so good 👍 so within 3 days 12 hours course I did with him and I passed my exam one go .

Definitely my feedback 1 star for company only giving 3 star beacuse of good Instructor is plz hire good staff in office who picked the phone phone get register for new customers don't disappointed there feeling and there goal. Because you are charging a lots of money in returning you have to give 100 percent good service that what all customer expect .

If i could put 0 stars i would. It’s coming up to a year since i booked and paid in full for my driving course. No one ever bothers to contact me and they always promise a call back that does not come. I am disgusted that they can treat people this way!! (SCAM) do not book with this company, they will fob you off continuously until you give up and they keep your money in their pockets. Scum bags!

"Truly awful experience"

Truly awful experience. After paying my initial deposit, I received a message about two weeks later that I have been matched with a driver. After about a month and several calls I made, they responded that a new driver would need to be found.

After months of delays I finally had met with my instructor. The instructor was very good, and lessons progressed well. The instructor advised me to reduce the amount of hours I paid for as it would not be necessary.

The first contact I spoke to approved this, and reduced the fee on the invoice. I later received a call from someone else that I need to pay the full balance. It seems staff are not on the same page. When I asked about cancelling the course based on the delays, I was told I wouldn’t get my deposit back if I did.

With regards to a test, there was was no update for months. I called to ask if I could book a test myself if I’m removed from their ‘ fast track system’, and I was told it’s OK. Now having passed my test asked them if I could find a test myself, they said that’s ok I should just let them know. So they cancelled the search and i found a test externally. Now I called to cancel the remainder of the course ( which was essentially the test). I was told the deposit is non-refundable.

In summary, I’d not recommend using this service, as in my opinion the benefit is passing quickly. But the booking of lessons is a lengthy process and a test is not necessarily found quickly either.

If you are to book though, I’d suggest begin with a small amount of hours as you would have trouble reducing the amount of hours you signed up for.

"Dreadful service, only 5 lessons in 4 months"

Paid for a course for son on 4th November. Had 5 lessons since then (now Feb 22nd 2023). Almost impossible to reach for customer service queries. Had no information on whether a test has been booked, but when I tried to book one myself for my son was told there was already a booking. No idea what date.

Terrible company, there is absolutely nothing 'intensive' about it and they are virtually unreachable.

Luckily my son's mother works for Trading Standards and so that's the route we'll pursue now.

I ordered a course in July 2022, I was contacted thoroughly when my payment was due as it seemed they desperately wanted to get me started. After I paid I was then booked a test in Scotland, I live in the south of England. I was never appointed an instructor and after waiting months and never getting anywhere on the phone I cancelled hoping to be refunded as they had made 0 effort to fulfil the service I paid for. Today I rang the company in another bid to let them make the situation right; to which a call agent 'Ryan' was extremely rude and when I spoke of reporting the situation laughed down the phone at me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, VERY FORTHCOMING WITH TAKING PAYMENT THEN WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU UNTIL THEY CAN USE A CLAUSE IN THEIR POLICY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AFTER NEVER TRYING TO FULFIL THE SERVICE.

I had a great experience with this company. I passed my test a couple of days ago, first time with my Instructor who was amazing :) I did have to wait around 5 weeks to get started but the whole course was prepared for me and I just had to turn up and learn. Thank you to all the lovely people in the office for reassuring me and helping me pass first time! Highly recommend!
