The solution they provide me with would have been good if they can only live up to their promises, scheduling appointments is very difficult let alone reschedule one, my solution was a full piece and the measurements have never been accurate, I have complaint to the managers and after a year I'' still waiting for them to get it right.... I feel that the attention to detail is horrible for a company that is in business to make you feel and look normal and confident after struggling with hair loss, it is very expensive and what you get in return is a bunch of excuses instead of the service you're paying for.....I ready to trow the towel on them. I had to email and call the general manager to have my complain heard and even after I'm still struggling to get appointments in a time that is convenient for me the client, they should stop taking on new members until they get it together.

"Quality of the hair systems is mediocre."
I've been a client for almost 25 years. Virtually every new system I get has gaps in the hair which need to be worked around. This has been an almost continual problem for me for a couple years. The hair stylists do great work and try hard to help cover up the gaps in the system, but I've given up trying to get this problem fixed so just have to work around it. I'm sorry there is no viable alternative to Hair Club for this type of product.

"Waste"
I paid $3500 for nothing. I was hesitant about trying this procedure, but the sales people in the office kept pushing me forward. They never listened to my actual concerns. Instead they followed up everything I said with a statement that seemed to overpower my real concerns. In the end I paid $3500 and walked away with nothing.
I was worried that the hair would look and feel fake and out of place on me. The sales person never showed me real hair samples until they were set to put it on my head. It looked awful and fake. It felt terrible on my head. I wore a hat until the second I could get that thing off of my head.
I asked "What if I hate it?" The sales person said "We are not going to let you hate it." Well I hated it and they would not refund me.
The end result looked nothing like the pictures I brought in as a reference and nothing like the pictures I selected in the magazine. I am not even sure why they had me show them what I wanted to look like because after I was well into the process they changed their tone and only promised to get close to what I was looking for. Well they did not come close. The hair piece was hideous and looked like a bad toupee.
I regret ever entering that place. I do not make much money and thought I would be doing something nice for myself. Instead I spent money that could have gone to other things rather than wastefully into someone else's corporate accounts.
Also, no one has returned my call after the holiday. I guess now that I am not sending money and buying product they find no use in responding to me.

The stylists and other helpers were wonderful, however the results are questionable. Will continue at home for several more months to see if results change.

Had a 12:30 appt, arrived 12:20. Waited, asked, waited...finally in chair at 1:00PM. Uh oh, hair not ready; stylist leaves for not 5, not 10, not 15 but 20 minutes. I cancel a 2:00PM meeting, tell them I'll be late for my 2:30PM.
Stylist (different ones at different times) have said things like; Oh it's ok, I have lunch or a break next so I won't be in a hurry doing your new 'cut in'. Well....heelloo, I don't have lunch or a break. Stop taking your time and chatting up a storm with other clients making the whole schedule late.

"Has continued to get worse"
My system did not come lose when I started to wear one but this past 1 year now has continued to come lose within 1 week after my appointment. I discuss this and the stylist tries something different but it continues to get worse.
I have noticed the experience level of substitute stylists is not as good.
