H C is only after your money the pretend to be your friend while you are their customer once the time of your contract is about to expire they will let you know that if you want to continue having that friendship it will be some outrageous amount of money if not they are not your friends anymore

Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional! It's a great place to go to get a hair cut and personal experience. The only thing I wish was different is if they would offer their products as single item purchases and not require the full bundle of each item.

If I truly understood the process in the beginning on how the system works, I never would've joined. The bonding material pulled my hair out. Now I feel like I don't have any other choice but to continue with the system. I make it work for me until I have the nerve to stop.

Overall, good service though somewhat expensive when you only have 8 or so appointments a year. Also, I requested to be contacted by someone from Bosley and no one contacted me - a little disappointing.

It's not professional anymore you never know who will be doing your hair plus your appointment changes without notice and you sit and wait for twenty minutes for your appointment to become available no stability at all used to love this place now I can't wait for my contract to end , also when you complain your office manager should not make it personal !

Had a great hair regrowth experience with the products and laser,great experience with the staff,and great experience with x strands,however it is too expensive for me to continue treatment there
