I enjoy having new look , although when I first inquired until now. I wasn't thoroughly told the honest cost of upkeep . after spending close to $4000.00. There are cost that was not discussed when asked what would be after my initial investment. I was told 200.00 for hair and $109.00 for styling resetting hair, this was false.

"Worst Experience Ever"
Hairclub was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. The dishonesty was so bad, I was surprised the way your people acted like nothing was wrong and all was good after me expressing my displeasure many many times. I will never forget how I was lied to and will never forget to tell everyone I know that might be a candidate for your services and products how your people lied and left me $4000.00 poorer with no remorse, and no hair.

Before Hair Club it would take me 45 minutes to curl my hair trying to make it look full. Yet after all that work it still looked thin and lifeless. Wigs were my only option and they were uncomfortable and at the end of the day I had to take them off and I was left with this old woman starring at me. An old woman with very thin hair. Now I can wear any style I want from pulled back in a pony tail to a sleek bob and it only takes a few minutes to curl. The best part is that it is just like my hair. I shampoo it as if it were my own hair and style it any way I want without worry that my bald spots would show. I feel beautiful again.
The other thing I love about Hair Club are the technicians. They are so patient and knowledgeable.

Prefer multiple choice but I will do this one time this way. I go to the HC on Yorkland. The front staff are terrific and handle many difficult situations with grace. The manager , Chris, is fantastic. He always finds a solution to my needs and always calms me down and I know that he will work things out for me. The asst manager, Moe, is equally , very sensitive to my needs and does his best to work things out to my satisfaction. They both make me feel like a valued customer ! The stylist are all very good. However some are better than others especially with Womens hair and when a good stylist leaves it is hard to replace them. Perhaps head office could be more flexible in attracting good stylists like allowing for part time, childcare etc.

"Dissapointed with avdvertising strategy"
I am aware the price was going to be high, and I knew I could not afford going here, but I did hope there would be some solution for" happy" with all the nice conversations and great solutions mentioned on TV. That was my nightmare and I hate I ever went there, because I know now that something can be done, but I am going to be sad because I can't afford it. I Just want to say, no one was rude or unreasonable. They just thought I had money.

Inconsistent systems. Hair is extremely hard to style. Costs way too much for what you get. People are mostly nice. Sometimes they are in a hurry and it effects the way you look.
