"Saturday Appointments"
The ladies at the Burlington Hair Club are very pleasant and there is very little waiting for your appointment (after I arrive). As I live in London Ontario I need to have Saturday appointments, they have been very accommodating. They all seem quite knowledgeable.

"Expectations not met at all"
Consultation did not advise that glued in hair would not hold up through working out any longer than 2 weeks and you would have to have reglued which made it very hard to soak out. It took approx 2 hrs one session to soak out which made my head sore and the hair tangle easy when dried. Terrible experience!

"Praises to the Staff, Systems need a little more quality control"
All the Staff are great (Rachel is amazing) I would give the Staff 5 stars. They always do their best to accommodate setting appointments, rescheduling an appointment at the last minute, getting you products, whatever you need. I have a scalp condition and Rachel is always trying things to improve my condition.
The only negative I have, other than cost, is there could be more consistency in the systems or maybe better quality control, before it gets to your local center. You will get a few in a row that are very good (which you feel are worth the price you are paying for them) then a few that are not so much. Thinner from the beginning and loose hair at a quicker rate as time goes on. For the cost involved, you should be getting "the very good systems" every time...

"Well Qualified"
Sometime the quality of the hair is not consistent there been a few instances there it would fall right out within 30 days,I blame this on the mfg.not the stylist they always make it a good experience!!

"Good but expensive"
The hair systems are decent and stylists are great but the membership is very expensive. A rewards program would be nice to maybe offset some of the cost that we receive. We spend a lot each month, it would be nice to see some of that coming back in membership discounts or free product.

Initial consultation for Hair Club for Kids was fine even though we waited a while. However, there was no follow up. Emails and calls were not returned. It was a disappointing experience for child.

The Tulsa does a good job. They need to strive to do better and strive to give the best service. I recently used the Fresno center and received the best service.
