Made seven years ago to become a Hair Club member. The fact that I was almost bald made me insecure and embarrassed. Having a full head of hair and up to date style had given me confidence and a feeling of pride that I do not need to cover my head.

"Nice staff, inconsistent services"
The staff are all quite nice. Skills vary among staff and if you get the wrong clinician your spouse asks you what happened to your hair when you arrive home ---- set crooked or too far forward or back. Hair cuts are superior among a few of the staff....which is important when a new hair piece is applied. Unfortunately because you only trust certain clinicians to do your hair, scheduling is a hassle. Hair pieces have significantly improved over the years. I'm a long term client.

Stolen money they push you into buying a product that doesn't work it's a temporary fix they tell you baby hairs are growing but not in the areas you so desperately need them to grow. They lie,they prey on the desperation, and they sense the fear in losing more hair SPECIALLY FOR A WOMAN. The most disgusting way to earn a buck for their brand.

"High-priced"
While I applaud the professionalism and impeccable customer service, I feel that the required monthly payment is too steep. While there are many levels to choose from, I feel that even the lowest amount is too high
Once you become a client, you must pay a minimum of about $250/month otherwise you will not be serviced nor maintained and end up.bald again. I was not told this.when I became a client but that was a long time ago. Be sure you can finacially make this lifetime commitment.

The staff is always courteous, and the stylists are professional and skilled.
A concern however is the shedding of the product. Also, a concern is for the expense of the hair system, the customer should be able to keep the system.
