It is easy to book an appointment and the doctors are usually right on time. I would recommend MD Live to anyone needing medical or mental health appointments. I’ve liked all the doctors I have dealt with.

A Monday holiday meant either waiting on or going into the ED to get some relief from my poison ivy. I was able to log on, register and send pictures in around 15 mins. Ten minutes later I had my phone consultation with a doctor who wanted my opinion as much as just giving advice. Together we decided on a treatment protocol, the script was sent to my pharmacy and I picked it up an hour later. Totally recommend this service to anyone.

I give it 3 stars for convenience but that is only if you are actually listened to and prescribed appropriate medication the first time. My first encounter was terrible. I waited 4 hours for a Doctor to call me And one never did. The intake specialist told me that I should just try again the next day which I did. Also a terrible experience. The doctor did not listen to me, and our call was disconnected and he never tried to contact me back. I was not told I was supposed to call the call center so I waited for the doctor to call me back but there was zero communication. He closed out the visit immediately, charged me a copay, and emailed education on a condition which, if he would’ve listened to me, I had already did all of that for two weeks prior and was still sick and needed antibiotics (I am a Medical professional myself). I waited a couple of days and went ahead and took a bargain and called again and got a different doctor this time, Who was also very rushed, but did listen to me enough to call me in antibiotics. The physicians are not very friendly, act like you are bothering them when you’re talking to them, and do not take time to listen to you. I would only use the service if you absolutely had no other choice but I would say upfront to the doctor that you need medication.

I was having trouble with my eye swelling and having pain. My wife being a nurse said to call MDLive at first like a man I will ride it out. But of course, she called. Got the pre-check service gave all prelim info she asks for a picture. I thought about how I would send a picture since we called a landline phone. Within minutes I had a text asking for a picture of my eye with instructions. We were told they were busy and a doctor would reach out to me within the hour. I was in contact within 30 min I had a call coming in from a Doctor. We talked and he accesses my issue and prescribed medication. it has been 4 days and the issue is resolved.

This was far better than trying to schedule a doctor's appointment or going to urgent care with a wait. It was 3 am in the morning and I did not have to leave home I love it!

The entire system was very easy to set-up and use. It only took about 10 minutes from the time I started setting the system up to the time I was finished talking with the doctor. The doctor read all the information I provided and was extremely helpful with my recovery.

It was a great experience. Quick and easy. My only complaint is that the provider prescribed a medicine that cost over $100. For a child with a cold this was a crazy amount of money for a medication to prescribe.
