I was suffering laryngitis from seasonal allergies. I was able to talk to the doctor and have a treatment plan with prescriptions completed in the time it would have taken me to schedule an appointment with my FP. The doctor’s treatment plan was thorough just exactly what my FP had done in the past.

I was feeling pretty ill and after a few days if persistent cough, fatigue and no fever ready to go to the urgent care clinic. Then I remembered Cigna had MDLive available. After answering all the health history questions I was connected to a doctor. The doctor was responsive and listened, ask all the typical questions. Since I had no fever or other symptoms he prescribed medication that wouldn't interfere with my blood pressure meds and they were sent to my pharmacy. I was up and going again in a few days.
