Great alternative to going to a urgent care clinic or making an emergency appointment! I was able to relate my illness and was connected to a doctor right away. He asked my symptoms as well as the duration of them and found me a remedy quickly. I will use MDLIVE from now on for all my non emergency medical needs.

The service itself is ingenious. Very, very useful for those who suffer from anxiety, lack of transportation, whatever. The technology needs some work, however. Out of 5 appointments, 4 were to be a video chat. Only 1 has actually connected, for most of the appointments duration. That certainly should be addressed.

This service is accessible and well-run. I got a prompt consultation and prescriptions. The physician was very polite but not overly chatty, which I appreciated as coughing was making it hard to talk. Her help bridged the gap until I could be seen in clinic.
