Well, only half of my order was delivered, and I've had no reply to the email I sent asking about where the other half is. So no, I don't think these guys are any good at all.

I wish I had investigated this company before I paid my money. I ordered a Helikon fleece for £56. After a day had passed I asked if it had been dispatched and if so who were the couriers and what was the tracking number. I eventually got a reply stating it had been dispatched but no other info. A day later I got another email saying they’d had technical issues with their website and the item had now been dispatched. Once again I asked for courier and tracking info which they have ignored. The telephone number provided on the website is not working.
This is terrible customer service and I could not recommend them. Part with your money at your peril.

I ordered a pair of German Para Boots, with slight wear. I paid for 24 hr. delivery. The boots were as described and excellent quality. Delivery was on time. MilitaryUk kept me informed of developments by email. In all a positive experience.

"Terrible service"

Terrible service. Firstly I couldn't purchase due to an error on their website. It took them two weeks to respond to my email. When they sorted the website issue I managed to purchase but they did not send the coat that I had actually ordered. I tried to phone but thier line is not active so i emailed them once more but all I got back was "Here's our return address", not even an apology for the mistake. I replied but I'm still awaiting a reply.

This could easily have been 5 stars if communication with the customer was better.
I ordered a Helikon Patriot fleece from Military Ops last week but did not get a dispatched notice until after I had emailed them and asked if it had in fact been sent. I also asked for courier and tracking details but this information was not given. I repeated my request a day or so later but again got no reply.
Having read all the reviews here I feared the worse and sent an email demanding a refund within 10 days or I would pursue legal avenues to recover my money.
This afternoon (5 days after placing my order) I received my fleece. It was obviously new with labels in tact and no faults. The return label on the parcel was Military Kit not Military Ops but to say I was pleased is an understatement.
So, poor communications but in the end a satisfactory result hence 4 stars. I am in no way connected to the company other than as a (now)satisfied customer.

mixed feelings zbout this company, their phone number is not in service,they answered one email which never contained the information I was seeking.i had basically given up I ordered on 26 September they arrived today 3 October .no tracking information no replys to emails and I've no idea how they arrived I'd gone to appointment and when I came back they were sitting there in entrance to building really pleased with boots . I ordered meindl boots 'super grade' and they are like new,I would love to use this company again but their lack of customer support and fact theres no phone number would put me off ordering again which is a shame as I'm all for supporting uk based companies.

I have had the polar opposite experience to most of these reviews. Everything was as described, received within 48 hours. Well packaged. I'm literally delighted with the quality, and was much cheaper than other sites for the Helikon tactical fleece.
