"Product has yet to arrive"

Ordered my product on the 4th of September 2022 and shipped on the 9th. It currently has not arrived. I reside in the U.S.A. Shipping info ended on the 9th of September. Left message with company on the 20th. No response yet. Hope it arrives soon.

Missing an item from my order. Took so long to arrive I thought it was lost in transit, it just arrived today.

2 items ordered, with 1 arriving a few days later. No show on the other. No replies to numerous emails and their phone number is "not in use".
Scammed out of £20 and I see others have lost a lot more.

"Paid for boots"

Paid for boots, few days later had email that it was shipped, a week later sent an email to enquire abour tracking/shipment then next day got reply that size wasn't available. Enquired about different size, no reply. Awful service. Avoid

"Terrible experience"

I've ordered new 7 multicam trousers and 7combat shirts for my Ukrainian friends. I received trousers with loose stitches, some don't have a size lable, 2 of shirts were used before, other 5 are not the ones I've ordered and the sizes are wrong too. Looks like they'd sent a random stuff. They aslo stopped answering my emails when I said I want to return everything back and have a refund. And phone number does not exist.

Ordered these trousers and received a tracking confirmation but didn't receive the item. The phone number doesn't exist and the tracking link doesn't work so I can't even find out what's going on. Non-existent customer support. Not happy!

Never received my order and communication with the seller is rubbish.The phone number don’t it’s fake and they never answer my email.I lost 100£ and now I have to go through the complicated process with my bank to get money back.Avoid!!!!that my advice

Perhaps it was a postal strike? It took a whole week to arrive…in comparison to Military 1st (48 hours)
The cap is excellent as expected and would highly recommend.

Please read the other reviews and never give these people your money. Trust pilot should be ashamed for the rating it gives to this outfit.
