The website did not display NO STOCK on the item I wanted so I placed an order. I had notification that it was being packaged ready to dispatch. A day later was told did I mind waiting 2/3 weeks as they were waiting on a delivery of the item!
Having already paid an not in to much of a rush I am now waiting. Suppliers should be more honest with potential customers and advertise waiting time, they prefer to get the order and payment first. They did ask after if I was happy to wait but that’s a little late.
Hope to see my order arrive without any further problems

I can't believe militaryops has asked me for a review. OK. I'll give them a review. Never, never, ever buy from these people. Item never appeared. Tracking link doesn't work. Phone calls & emails not responded to.

Luckily enough I bought through Paypal so I got my money back. It took Paypal a nano second to approve my case after contacting their resolution centre. Save yourself the aggro & don't go anywhere near MilitaryOps.

I wish I'd read reviews before ordering from here, will definitely NOT use again.
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts via website, advertised as in stock and shipped within 24 hours. 24 hours later received an email saying items had been shipped, great! Another 24 hours later received an email saying items are NOT in stock but are expected in 3/4 weeks and will be shipped then. No good for me, I need them this week. Items are still available to order on the website and still say ships within 24 hours. No way of cancelling order on website.
Tried emailing and calling, emails ignored and nobody answers the phone it just rings out, no answer machine to leave message.
Will now have to open a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back.
Really annoying, especially as the website makes such a point of speedy delivery and excellent customer service!!

Ordered an item from this company last month and received an update saying it had been posted, which the website states in via Royal Mail 48. Item never arrived and I cannot get in contact with the company. Phone just rings out and hangs up and never any answer to emails. Having seen the reviews here it seems many people are in the same boat. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they have taken up the case. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
