Hi just a little word to describe this company poor very poor customer service I ordered a hat from them that never came then I thought IL give them the benefit of the dought and ordered a hoodie as of now it's been nearly a week since I ordered the item on there web site it states 2-3, days post delivery time well I tried to contact them directly by phone yep you guessed right no reply no reply to the email Sewell tried ,2 times by email no reply to that as well we're are they doing there business from out of a garage or from a mates house I get better customer service from my local market please people please do not bye any thing from this company as it always a problem thank you for listening hope you all have a nice day ..not military ops tho ??????????

Boots fell apart after being used a couple of times. Sent back for a refund as per their request. Keep saying refund is being processed, three months later and many emails nothing. Makes you wonder if buying online is worth the hassle.

MilitaryOps sent a garment entirely different from the one illustrated on their site. Actual delivery timescales nothing at all like implied on their site so be warned - your wait will be longer than suggested with standard delivery. Package wrapper had been slashed open before delivery - all items still present; parcel was just abandoned at my front door and could have been lifted by anyone passing. Questionable return experience - MilitaryOps wish to authorise returns? Even though MilitaryOps sent the wrong item MilitaryOps refused to reimburse the 2nd class postal delivery cost incurred to return for refund of item paid for but not received? MilitaryOps version of customer service is woeful and devoid of any care - MilitaryOps actually outright ignore messages sent via online customer account. MilitaryOps have no interest in return custom and will indeed argue their position 'til the cows come home. MilitaryOps are disingenuous in claiming they want customers to be "entirely satisfied" as will do nothing whatsoever to put right their mistake, aside from argue the toss. MilitaryOps, you cut your own nose off to spite your face as I was away to put in a much larger order - well done cowboy.

Ordered on the 8th of June and paid extra for the 24 hour delivery. It’s now the 11th of June with no sign of the order. Sitting in the house like a plum waiting!! Emailed seller and called them, no joy whatsoever. Absolute amateurs. Give this lot a wide berth.

placed order 30th May 2021, received update 1st June 2021, stating goods have been shipped. 10th June 2021, goods have still not arrived, email sent.
attempted (x 2) to phone on the 10th June 2021. call not answered and no answer machine facility. Poor service so far. After reading other reviews with similar comments, unlikely to use this service again!!!!

Offered a great product at a great price. Expected a delay due to the Bank
Holiday. Got told on the Tuesday it had shipped and stayed in all day Thursday so as not to miss it. Nothing. Got an email half way though Friday to say it was cancelled as out of stock. Very disappointed.
The refund and communication process was slick once the lack of stock was discovered but that could have been established long before Friday. And I could have been contacted to see if I wanted a replacement.

Absolutely shocking delivery times 8 days and still waiting!!
I have tried calling numerous times and phone is never answered.
I could have walked to Manchester and back in less time - l’m starting a PayPal dispute to recover my money.
