"Avoid at all costs until Vetsend change their 'delivery partner'"
Vetsend uses Yodel as their "delivery partner". We advise to avoid this company until they use a different courier. Despite many emails to both Vetsend and Yodel, including a map of our house location, our parcel never arrived. Yodel claim it could not find us, although they have delivered to us twice in the past month. After 10 days, and despite paying £4.95 for delivery. we were asked to go and pick the parcel up from a Yodel depot. We refused, and the last we heard Yodel have returned the parcel to Vetsend. Appalling service.

I ordered Yarrah cat food from Vetsend after I could not find it anywhere else. The price is a little high but the customer service is brilliant. One product took a long time to arrive and then was severely damaged in transit, but they kept me well informed throughout the whole process. They also offered compensation for the damaged goods. Despite the delays I am giving them 4 stars for their helpfulness and prompt responses to emails. Thank you Vetsend!

I will no longer be using Vetsend due to the poor service I received yesterday.
I ordered a renal variety pack but realised I had forgotten to add another couple of items.
I emailed to ask if I could add the additional items and was told yes and asked what they were. The extra order being accepted, I then telephoned to double check and add the items. I was then sent a link to pay the additional money which I did immediately.
I didn’t receive any further update and as I didn’t receive the items I became concerned.
When I contacted Vetsend again to find out a dispatch date, I was casually told they do not add items to existing orders and my order would be cancelled and refunded.
I questioned when would they have noticed had I not called? Why was I emailed and my payment accepted and also expressed my cats needed the renal food. I sent screenshots of the emails, payments and call record to no avail.
The agent just repeated its not possible, adding maybe the other agent did not know you cannot add items. I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund as it was not possible to refund immediately and for me to remember staff are only human.
I found it unprofessional, inefficient, rude, unapologetic, rigid and dismissive. I will no longer use Vetsend.
