I’m Very happy with the service provided by Fletcher Longstaff, they have been absolutely excellent.

My conveyancer Gareth (Edwards) was extremely good. I have had a couple of purchases fall through on me in the past and hence I’ve had some particularly unsatisfactory past experiences with solicitors. With one of them being a 5 star Trustpilot rated firm that I chose based on this rating, who proved to be not particularly great.

Gareth has been excellent, spotting & resolving potential future issues in the Lease, constantly chasing the Sellers Lawyer & the Freeholder and keeping me in the loop/ updated through the whole process. I’ve left feeling that Gareth and Fletcher Longstaff were definitely advancing my best interest throughout the purchase.

I particularly like the Online Platform that Fletcher Longstaff has, that allowed me to easily track the process & the fact that Fletcher Longstaff allocated a single conveyancer who hence has all the facts at hand. This was not the case with the other 5-star trust pilot reviewed firm, where I constantly did not feel in the loop & I never new who to contact for updates. Lastly the quote Fletcher Longstaff was competive & offered a no sale no fee guarantee.

I personally additionally would not view it as a negative that the firms offices are in another part of the country to where I was buying. I think a larger firm like Fletcher Longstaff tends to be more efficient & proactive than the bulk of local solicitors.

Overall, very happy with Fletcher Longstaff and Gareth, will certainly use them in any future purchases/ sales & refer them to friends/ family.

"I recommend Fletcher Longstaff for conveyancing"

Fletcher Longstaff did the conveyancing of our apartment in North London. They did a great job, were always on the ball and highly responsive, even though it took 8 months with lots of lulls with nothing happening (due to us being the end of a chain).

I can't fault Craig Dickson for being on the ball all the way through, also friendly, polite, proactive and highly responsive. Also being flexible with the way we wanted to communicate (emails, post, online, etc). The online system (InTouch) was also good, though, not heavily used. I opted out of the online ID verification, etc (we personally preferred such information to be *even more* secure and strictly controlled than the relevant provider system were). But FL had no qualms with that. The postal method was pretty straight-forward. Even though communications involved two people at different locations.

They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Worth it for the reliability. Highly recommended.

"Incredible solicitors, fast, easy and stress free!!"

We were recommended Fletcher Longstaff to us by the estate agent involved in our first home buy. Although slightly more expensive than other solicitors we had been quoted, i can’t recommend them more. The whole process, from our offer being accepted to the completion, was easy, fast and stress free. The online portal is incredible at giving you an update on progress whenever you need, and any emails i dropped Tom were answered within an hour. Of course when buying a house, there’s usually a couple of solicitors involved across the chain, Tom was always the first to reply/make things happen. I never had to chase him or send double emails. I cant recommend this firm enough, if we are ever in need of them again i know i’ll be back!! Do yourselves a favour, and choose Fletcher Longstaff!!
