Selling houses is stressful enough without worrying about your own solicitors - my experience with FL was absolutely fantastic. Aga Barber was my named solicitor and was communicative, friendly, timely and a sharp advocate for my interests. The FL online portal makes it easy to see where you are in the process, and holds all the documents in one place - but to be honest I always just WhatsApp'd or called Aga and she answered my questions and queries on the spot.

Fantastic customer service with excellent digital infrastructure, and superb legal nous - combined this made for a painless journey through the sales process.

Have recommed FL to my friends and family, and will definitely be back when I come to buy my next property. 10/10.

Any time we had questions they were answered same/next daybat the lastest, we were kept in the loop with every email sent and received between solicitors with follow ups explaining what was happening and when sent shortly after. The checklist system used is very clear and easy to understand and made us feel a little more in control in the unknown territory that is buying a house. Craig was lovely and polite, honestly no complaints from us!
