I’ve used Fletcher Longstaff on several occasions now and Tom and the rest of the team have always provided me with a great service. Lots of conveyancing firms are slow and difficult to contact but Tom always kept me up to date and the app is great for notifications as things move forward. There’s no other firm I’d consider using for my conveyancing now

I decided to use Fletcher Longstaff based on reviews that I had researched. I can honestly say that the positive reviews not only reflect their working practice but in some ways if there was a way of giving more stars I would. My conveyancer was Gareth Edwards and he was courteous, prompt, professional and most importantly contactable at all times, however Gareths informative updates always left me in no doubt what stage we were during the process. I was cc'd into every email and a progress report was sent out regularly. Gareth is a credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in fact I would go out of my way to recommend Fletcher Longstaff. "Strong process with good visibility"

We’d already read the very positive reviews, all of which turned out to be confirmed by our experience in the conveyancing of two houses with Fletcher Longstaff. We’d had our offer accepted on a house and felt it was important to have a conveyancer who was not part of the circle of local solicitors and estate agents etc. and this was borne out when we found ourselves under some pressure from the local agent to ignore Tom Hansen’s advice and push the purchase through, despite some significant problems. Tom gave us the clarity we needed to pull out of the purchase and, good as their word, Fletcher Longstaff charged us nothing - we only paid the search fees. Having Tom already on board meant that when we found the right house, we were in a position to proceed immediately, buying the searches on the day we agreed a price. Fletcher longstaff really do seem to have the process locked down. We always knew what progress was being made and had a clear understanding of what the end costs would be. We know people who have had some bad experiences with other conveyancers so it’s good to be able to share what a positive experience this has been for us.
