My partner and I bought our first home recently and used Fletcher Longstaff on the recommendation of a family friend. The horror stories and pitfalls I'd heard of conveyancing solicitors were non-existent. My conveyancer was Craig and he was amazing the whole time. Prompt contact, clear advice, and took all the stress and hard work out of our hands. The progress app took a while to update sometimes, but clearly seeing the steps we'd completed and that were still due was incredibly useful to managing the anxiety of being a first-time buyer.

Having had no other experience with conveyancers I can't say that Fletcher Longstaff are the best, but when the time comes to move house again, I know exactly who I'll be trusting to handle everything.
