Good efficient organisation. It took time to get dishwasher repaired but the job had to be assessed and then a part ordered and the engineer returned to fit part - so couldn’t have done much better on timing!

Franco made my experience easy! It threatened to be an ordeal - the fridge and microwave failed together without warning. Franco suggested, sourced, chased, reordered the right fridge when he found the wrong model had been supplied. He patiently arranged a delivery time which was sabotaged by protesters glueing themselves to the M25. He then arranged another delivery time to fit between a Meeting and a dinner party we were hosting. He was calm and accommodating, followed up with phone calls. In fact, he became a friend to us. The delivery boys were quiet, efficient, careful and clean. We are grateful for all the help we were given by Capital Repairs - thank you.

I don’t understand how they have 4.4 star. Unbelievably horrible experience right at this point, having to deal with capital repair. They have no regard of your time and don’t even listen to you properly.
Please don’t be fool by the reviews, to me they seem total fake, so much headaches with this company.

We had issue with our dishwasher, contacted this horrible company, had to wait for weeks for an appointment, the Enginer came, rude, anyways he diagnosed it was a pump issue, they they had to order the pump, it took almost a week for pump then to book appointment but today that Enginer changed the pump but dishwasher has exactly same issue like before, called them and they said, nothing available until 14 of this month so one more week but wait while I was talking phone kept cutting off, it happened 3times, when I called 3rd time which was on same call, it was some one else and asked to explain to him again as his colleagues gone to lunch.
It’s been 3 weeks so far since we contacted this company and if they come next week, then it will be almost 4 weeks. Honestly no regard of anyone’s time.

This company just don’t care about customer headaches and frustration which is caused by them.
