I called the company the evening before for a timeframe my engineer would arrive: 10:00-14:00. Stuart arrived on time to fix my washer drier, he diagnosed the error quickly and had the new part in his van ready to fit. The process was quick and ran smoothly, Stuart was very polite and described the fault so I knew what was going on.
