The engineer who attended to my dishwasher, Stuart, was very polite and professional and kept me informed as to when he would arrive. The office, Aaron, I think was the man I spoke with was very polite and professional and helpful and kept me regularly informed. Great service.

When I phoned them up and described the problem, they assured me that they've been in business for over 30 years and will aboslutely certainly fix my washer dryer. The person who showed up didn't have experience with the brand of my washer dryer and had to call his colleagues to find out what the problem *might* be! Charged £95 (£79 + VAT which they haven't mentioned over the phone) and left without even giving us a reason for the breakdown. Absolute scamers.
