We do not recommend. First, if there is any chance your plane might be delayed and arrive after 9.30 pm, book elsewhere. Ours was delayed, and even though we landed at 9.40 pm, by the time we were out of the airport and in the car rental, it was after 10:00 pm, therefore we had to pay nearly 100 euros for late collection. Secondly, we had wait at the airport 20 minutes to be picked up, plus paperwork took around another 20-30 minutes. Then, we got a 4-seater car despite booking 5 seater. Then unfortunately we had an incident when a stone damaged the windshield. We were charged the maximum excess of 1400 euros. When we claimed it from our insurance, they requested damage repair invoice or damage matrix (pricing). Felirent was slow in providing those (4 weeks), when we finally received it, it stated that the damage of the windshield should cost 495 euros. Once we questioned it, they admitted a mistake was made, and refunded the difference, but it was only after we had asked why we were nearly 3 times overcharged.
All in all, the experience was quite horrible, and we would not recommend. The staff at Bergamo branch tried to be friendly, though.

Abbiamo avuto un problema per una gomma forata, hanno gestito con la massima serietà e professionalità la situazione, ci hanno mandato in meno di un’ora un carro attrezzi e sostituito l’auto con una di livello superiore.un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff e in particolare ad Antonella. consigliatissimi!

"Felirent jest nieuczciwą firma"
Felirent jest firmą okradającą klientów. Do dnia dzisiejszego nie mogę doprosić się swojego depozytu. Nie ma żadnej reakcji na maile które pisze. Gdy zagroziłam im że będę pisała codziennie negatywną opinię dostałam informację że mają 7-10 dni na zwrot depozytu i że w załączeniu przesyłają potwierdzenie zwrotu pieniędzy. Potwierdzenia nie otrzymałam a 10 dni roboczych minęło już 2 dni temu. Gdy proszę o wyjaśnienie dlaczego nie potrafią liczyć i dlaczego nie dostałam potwierdzenia że zwrot depozytu został dokonany dostaje informację że ich nie szanuje i brak dalszej informacji. Naprawde przestrzegam przed tą firmą i współpraca z nimi
