"Forced to get full cover insurance and way overcharged child seat"

Made a reservation and paid online, but in person I was forced to take a full cover insurance adding over 50% of a total reservation worth. Also I booked a child (2 years old) car seat that I paid extra 84EUR, while the seat was really a cheap crap that I found on the internet to be able to buy for less than 79EUR brand new...
Would not rent a car again if I had a chance.
