IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. £70 FOR VIBRATION FLOORMATS. SUCH A MASSIVE COST FOR ME BUT I NEEDED TO STOP DAMAGE TO HOUSE WITH VIBRATION. THIS COMPANY IS SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE. NO CALLS ANSWERED, NO TRACKING NUMBERS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WHERE ARE THE GOODS THEY CHARGE FOR? WHERE IS THE BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. IF I HERE JUST ONE MORE PERSON BLAME TERRIBLE SERVICE, TAKING OF MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING GOODS, AS SOMEHOW PANDEMICS FAULT IL BE SICK! IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE GOODS YOU CANNOT TAKE MONEY.

Same as previous reviews - ordered a floormat, never arrived, initial response from customer service saying they were looking into it, and then have never heard from them again despite repeated e-mails. Never any answer via phone. Unable to provide a tracking number despite asking several times for one. Suspect they have gone or are going out of business and are just scamming customers and not fulfilling orders at this point

Not much more to say beyond the reviews you can read below. Order items at your own risk as they may never get delivered, and they will stop responding to your emails so you have no means of contacting them.

"Floormats UK poor delivery record"
My experience is exactly the same as Roger previously. I placed an order and paid via credit card the order never arrived. Contacted FM's customer service team (Katay) and they could not locate the delivery despite it being "dispatched" and organized a replacement delivery to be with me urgently in two days. Three weeks later no delivery, no response to Email enquiries, no response to phone calls. I think this is highly suspect and I am beginning to think this is a scam site!!!!!!!!

Ordered mat from company a month ago, guess what..............still not arrived! Repeatedly contacted company by email (CAN NOT BE CONTACTED BY TELEPHONE) and got several polite replies blaming their shipment companies. They advised that the item had been re-sent. When asked for the shipment company and consignment number we have received no reply. DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID!

Appalling service. They claim to be in the UK and are not. When products are wrong or faulty they expect you to pay for returns!! They are rude when you contact them too.

"Well I wish I had checked this company…"
Well I wish I had checked this company out on review sites before I purchased. I ordered a desk floormat- which arrived 16 days late- and, initially, very polite emails saying it had been lost in transit- and to wait. When it arrived, it was completely broken at one end- unuseable. They offered 16% discount- then 23% if I kept it. When I insisted they give me a full refund, they said they would do this if I returned the item AT MY COST back to them. Funnily enough, they didn't respond when I asked them about the £6.95 'insurance' and handling charges that were added at checkout! Clearly, reading the reviews, this company is a sham company keen to fleece UK consumers- and relying on people giving up. Fortunately, it seems my card company will reimburse me albeit I have spent considerable time and effort to deliver the information they need. Their product is not cheap- but it is clear that it is not fit for purpose either- borne out by consistent feedback from others. I will contact UK trading standards to see whether this fraudulent operation can be fined. My advice is think long and very hard before ordering!

"Absolutely shocking"
Absolutely shocking - as other reviewers I wish I hadn't been taken in by their appealing web site. No floor mat after over a month, laters tracking details 3 weeks ago in Germany - don't be fooled by the UK bit - they are not a UK based company. Polite e mails a couple of times and now nothing - 3 messages not responded to and on the phone the message just says try again later. Even made a complaint through PayPal and their response was to tell me to be patient.

Have used this company a few years back and the quality was great. Re-ordered (chair mats) from them twice last year and both mats developed cracks within a couple of weeks of having them. Sent a couple of web-forms in and countless emails (to both of the email addresses they list on there website) and received no-response. Looks like both quality of products and customer service has disappeared. From my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
