if i could give zero rating I would, not worthy of one star. Do not correspondence, even though their phone line options give an option for complaints, tried and tried - I think the company is no longer, cannot find them on Companies House, although their VAT number is correct. Within weeks the chair mat cracked and now out of pocket!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company! I am £180 down for 2 x ''quality'' matts to protect our new carpets from our office chairs. 10 days later and no sign of product. I get told they are on their way multiple times.. still no product.

I wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase. I'm now trying to get money back from my bank due to this scam of a company!

Do not buy from this company. Bought desk mat which cracked within first week. They replaced it but that mat again cracked within a week. Product obviously not fit for purpose so asked for refund but to get this I have to return product to Germany by courier at my expense. Contacted them again as very unhappy with this but do not reply to emails.

Mat broke within a few months after quite light use. No response via email or FB.

"Failure to send order"

Have purchased an a mat on 17th Nov and they have failed to inform me where the order is and do not answer the phones. They say they answer emails within 4 hours, not the case.
They have no intention of sending me the goods nor will they refund me. They need to be reported to trading standards for failing respond and ship my parcel. BEWARE SCAM

"AVOID - useless product and terrible customer service"

Spent £40 on a chair mat that cracked after less than a month, making it completely unusable. Customer services said I needed to send it back to Germany (not the UK, as the name of the company would suggest) for it to be 'tested'. I don't think it needs testing to show it's defective if it didn't even last a month with less than 10% of the weight load it advertises on it. They have now stopped replying to my emails so I will be reporting them to trading standards.

AVOID buying from this company. I purchased a mat and it cracked only after 1 week. I contacted the customer service team who advised I needed to return it before providing a replacement, even though I provided photo evidence of the damage. It is impossible to return the mat considering its size. I tried to warn others on their website with a review and it hasn't been published.

This is NOT a UK company. All returns have to be sent to Germany at YOUR cost and their customer service is terrible. I ordered a white bath mat online and received an ivory one. The package clearly said ivory, not white. I contacted Customer Services by email, as they never answer the phone number in the UK. They did respond quickly to tell me that it is not their fault and ivory is their white and I had to return the bath mat to Germany and pay the shipping costs. I offered to send back to the London address on the website and pay the shipping costs but they refused. This company should be reported to Trading Standards as their website clearly is misleading and their returns policy is terrible. Feel ripped off and left with a bath mat I didn’t order.

if any company ever deserves to go bust it's this one. had mat 8 weeks before it cracked beyond use. they never replied to my complaint emails. and PayPal will refund me if I return the item in condition it arrived to me which is impossible as mat fell apart. so money wasted but I hope the my review warns others . PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! they sell rubbish and not interested after they have robbed you of your money.

So wish I'd read these reviews first before purchasing. Bespoke £70 mat bought for my daughter's room cracked within a few weeks. The one I have in my office bought elsewhere is still going strong after 10+ years. Emailed twice, submitted contact form, tried to ring twice - no response. No social media presence. Feel totally scammed. CAN NOT EMPHASISE ENOUGH - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
