"Very poor and got scammed by them"

Very poor and got scammed by them. Bought a product and it's not good so want to return and there's no way to return it. Tried to email and call them and no response!

I bought a replacement mat and after only using it for a couple of months it has cracked. I must stress that it wasn't used every day. I contacted them and they want me to return to Germany which I'm not prepared to do as it would cost too much. This was a replacement mat and the previous one lasted 6 years so obviously they have downgraded the quality. I would not use this company.

"Terrible Company"

I contacted them to return a mat I has purchased and was told to return it to Germany, which I foolishly did. They first claimed they had not received it and then, when I provided tracking information, started to ignore my emails. Nearly a month on, I have not had a response or a refund - probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I received a floormat that had clearly been used before and was also not as described. They wanted me to return the item at my own cost - initially to Germany, then, after some correspondence, to London. However they would not give me contact details which Royal Mail needed and I am still stuck with a second-hand mat and my money has not been refunded.

Unfortunately PayPal have provided very little help.

Disgusting this company is allowed to continue to trade??? Having ordered a mat, I would now like to return it because its thicker than expected. I emailed their address on the website to ask for a return, someone at the totally different address from abroad emailed me back to simply say no. I emailed back to ask if i could have details of a manager and have heard nothing back. Phone number is unless as previous people have commented - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They'll be happy to take your money and order, but should you wish to return or etc, it's like they don't exist even thought they have a presence on social media and a website that 'looks' authentic. Never come across a more useless and unhelpful company.

Ordered a chair mat for carpet floors £54.94 cracked a smashed to pieces within weeks, totally useless and unable to get a reply after emailing Floormats and their telephone number just cuts your off after several rounds of “your call us important....” should have read trustpilot reviews. Avoid this company, my review is one of many with similar complaints ! Waste of money

"Charlatans... Buy in haste, repent at leisure."

Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before ordering. Like many before me I ordered a chair mat believing I was ordering from a UK-based company. Ordered one month ago today and already cracked. Prompt response from 'customer services' (I use the term loosely...) advising that they can do nothing unless the item is returned to Germany at my own expense. They haven't even asked for photos. It's effectively a scam. Loss of money aside, these kind of unscrupulous individuals make me sick to the pit of my stomach - I don't know how they sleep at night.

Pro mat eventually delivered, cracked after 3 weeks light use. As with everyone else told to return to Germany despite UK office in London (who don't answer calls or emails). Wouldn't advise anyone buy from this company - total waste of time and money.

Bought a £50 mat to protect my new carpet.
It is utter crap.
Avoid like the plague.
They do not have any customer service.

Ordered 'PRO series' heavy duty floor mat carpet protector at a cost of nearly £50. Broke catastrophically within 3.5 months of not even daily use. Advised to return to Germany so it could be inspected which would easily have cost £20 with only the possibility of a replacement being sent out. Don't waste your money, buy something you may more easily be able to return if faulty.
