The under-desk mat has so far (after about a month) lived up to its online description and is a pleasure to use. It doesn't try to move around on the carpet and the office chair moves across it with just the right amount of resistance. I had no problems with placing the order.

Not happy at all - absolutely no commnication at all regarding my order still waiting. No one answers the telephone - money taken - no response to emails. No customer service at all - will wait a little while longer then contact credit card company. Really bad experience VERY FRUSTRATING!!
