Without doubt the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! The floor mat took 17 days to arrive. Yes, 17 days!!

Throughout the process, customer service was incredibly unhelpful and would not cancel the order even though I was forced to purchase a mat elsewhere as the delivery was so slow.

When it finally arrived it was no longer needed and I had to pay £16 to return the item. I am still waiting for them to issue the refund after 14 days!

Customer service are now ignoring my emails, so I hope they read this review and issue my refund.
