I have been a client of Jones Robinson (previously Martin Walker) for over 12 years. In that time I have both let property through them and also sold properties. Lettings was fine when it was Martin Walker - after that when the firm became Jones Robinson the experience was, at best, extremely variable, and by the end it was singularly unhelpful. I would not let a property through them again.
