"Betrayed by Jones Robinson: Sold off to a scam company without consent"

My neighbors and I initially signed a contract with Jones Robinson for our property management, believing we were in good hands with a reputable, local company. We specifically chose them because they assured us that we could continue paying our fees monthly, as we had always done. Their office was conveniently located nearby, allowing us to address any issues in person if needed.

However, without our knowledge or consent, we were suddenly transferred to the dreadful, unprofessional company 'First Port,' which has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite our prior agreement with Jones Robinson, we’ve had to fight tirelessly just to maintain our monthly payment arrangement. To add insult to injury, we are now being charged additional fees for this 'privilege'—something we never agreed to and would have outright rejected had we known.

The customer service from First Port is appalling and their claims have been untrue and we have faced consistent inaccurate bills. We’ve been treated with disrespect, faced constant threats, and received no understanding or support. It’s baffling that Jones Robinson would abandon us to such a company.

Even after following Jones Robinson’s complaints procedure, we have received no compensation or relief from the extra fees we now have to bear. I once had great respect for Jones Robinson, but after this experience I will avoid them at all costs and urge others to do the same. I even advised my mum not to use their services when selling her home. Thanks for nothing, Jones Robinson.
