Excellent service from Nathan . From initial purchase , guiding us through the options he was very helpful . The cushion fillers had a fault in their firmness and Nathan quickly took ownership of this for us , arranging new fillers and a technician to come and fit them . The service during purchase and post purchase has been excellent .

The lead time was as advised and the sofa itself well built. Bought a 4 seater Coniston in antique red.

It has survived traveling across the country for a house move well.

A few buttons started to pop out - but their after sales service includes replacement buttons.

Didn't upgrade the leather - but the leather looks as new after a few years now - with young kids jumping on it too!

Ordered some material samples which arrived within two days. Beautiful samples which have made our decision on which colour to go for so much easier. We are looking to buy later on in 2024 but will definitely purchase our dream sofa from the chesterfield company. Highly recommend!
